This qualification teaches learners how to make informed money management choices by exploring the financial responsibilities of living independently, budgeting, personal banking, and borrowing. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:
- Personal money management, including how to identify costs associated with living, different sources of income, deductions from payslips, and different forms of borrowing.
Adaption to Delivery/Assessments under the Extended Extraordinary Regulatory Framework ‘EERF’:
Centres may apply for adaptions on a case by case basis, by completing a variation to assessment request form. All assessment criteria must be completed in full. Special Considerations cannot be used on a whole-cohort basis in lieu of adaptions.
Note: It may be possible for learners to study different units to those on which they have previously been registered, so long as the rules of combination are met.
