The SEG Awards Level 1 Award in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness qualification will raise a learner’s awareness of equality, diversity, human rights and inclusion. It will introduce them to the Equality Act 2010 and their responsibilities. It will also provide a basic introduction to discrimination, harassment and prejudice.
This bite sized qualification is a means for individuals to develop additional basic skills in order to aid progression into the workplace.
