The Quality Licence Scheme (QLS) is our flagship product designed specifically to recognise the excellent course provision created by our Providers.

Being approved and endorsed for QLS demonstrates that you are committed to delivering quality learning and that you have been endorsed by two respected brands within the awarding market ABC Awards and Certa Awards.

Among other benefits, joining the scheme means that you will be able to use the Quality Licence Scheme logo and jointly branded Certificates of achievement to recognise your learner’s achievements.

As QLS approaches its fifth year in operation, we want to ensure that it is still fit for purpose and provides the quality and impact you need to be successful. To review this, we recently undertook an evaluation of the scheme with customers via a survey – the feedback was constructive, valuable and highlighted high levels of satisfaction.

Here are some of the key highlights:

• 97% chose QLS because of the links to two regulated awarding organisations
• 90% of those surveyed said the audit process showed a clear understanding of their organisation.

The following tangible improvements have been seen as a result of working with the Quality Licence Scheme:

• Increased business – sales and recruitment of learners
• Increased marketability, strengthened by the accreditation and quality requirements
• Providers helped to recognise where they could improve processes.
