This qualification has been developed in collaboration with industry, providers and Lantra to help learners progress to higher levels of learning and ultimately employment. It offers important industry insight to help learners to make informed career decisions. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following optional units, including:

  • recognising plants
  • introduction to customer care
  • identifying floristry plant material, and more.
