This EPA is designed to equip your apprentices with the essential skills to meet these challenges.
How the Assessment Works
Our Level 7 Senior Leader End-Point Assessment assesses an apprentice’s ability to demonstrate strategic leadership, operational effectiveness, and people development. It consists of two key components:
- > Strategic Business Proposal: Apprentices will develop and present a strategic business proposal, showcasing their ability to analyse complex situations, propose innovative solutions, and effectively communicate their ideas.
- > Professional Discussion: Based on a portfolio of evidence, apprentices will engage in a professional discussion with assessors, demonstrating their knowledge, skills, and experience in senior leadership roles.

Gateway Requirements and Assessment Plan
To ensure that apprentices are well-prepared for the assessment, they must meet specific gateway requirements, including achieving English and Mathematics at Level 2. Additionally, they will need to submit a portfolio of evidence and a strategic business proposal outline.
