What is the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship?

The role will typically involve duties such as:

- Using HR systems to keep records
- Providing relevant HR information to the business
- Working with the business on HR changes.
They will typically be responsible for providing advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues using company policy and current law.
The successful apprentice may be eligible to apply for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or any other professional body that recognises this apprenticeship within its membership criteria.
Successful completion of the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship enables the apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
What is the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship prepares apprentices for a role that involves providing HR expertise within an organisation. It is relevant for job titles such as Human Resources Consultant, HR Business Partner and HR Manager.
The apprenticeship contains options for HR specialisms and for people management responsibilities. The specialisms include:
- Core HR
- Resourcing

- HR operations.
Individuals in this role will use their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored advice to the business in a number of HR areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers. They will often be required to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in a specific situation. They are also likely to lead the people-related elements of business or HR projects.
As part of this apprenticeship, apprentices will complete the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
Successful completion of this standard enables the apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the CIPD.
What is the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship?
A Sales Executive is a salesperson working in either the business-to-business or business-to-consumer markets with responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. This role involves leading end-to-end sales interaction with customers and managing sales internally within an organisation.
Sales Executives are responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.
Sales Executives operate in organisations of all sizes across all sectors and markets. Typical job titles include Sales Consultant, Sales Specialist, Business Development Executive, and others.
Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).
